Open Sandwich with a Vegan Cream Cheese

PREP TIME: 10 mins





200g Violife creamy original

4 slices of gluten free bread of your liking

6-7 fresh radishes (sliced)

50g bean seedlings

Extra virgin olive oil

Fresh Dill or another herb you like

Lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground pepper




  1. In a large bowl add the seedlings and the radishes and marinade them with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Spread a layer of the vegan cream cheese on each slice.
  3. Add the seedlings and radishes on top.
  4. Finish off with chopped dill.


Tip: Try other types of radishes like Mooki or daikon, which you can buy in most UK supermarkets or larger health shops that sell vegetables.
