PREP TIME: 10 mins
4 slices of gluten free bread of your liking
6-7 fresh radishes (sliced)
50g bean seedlings
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Dill or another herb you like
Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a large bowl add the seedlings and the radishes and marinade them with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Spread a layer of the vegan cream cheese on each slice.
- Add the seedlings and radishes on top.
- Finish off with chopped dill.
Tip: Try other types of radishes like Mooki or daikon, which you can buy in most UK supermarkets or larger health shops that sell vegetables.
