PREP TIME: 5 minutes
6 Violife slices with tomato & basil or use the Vegan Cheese Original Flavour Slices or any other of the Violife cheese slices
3 slices of your favourite gluten-free sandwich bread
1 ripe avocado (peeled and squashed)
Fresh tomato cut in halves and if you have any fresh basil
Salt & Pepper
- Lightly toast the bread and then apply the crushed avocado.
- On one slice of the bread place 3 slices of the vegan cheese and the sliced tomatoes and basil.
- Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Cover with a slice of toast and repeat.
- Top with the last slice of toast and cut in four.
Tip: Try grilled an aubergine or try making it in a toasted sandwich machine!
