Vegan Club Sandwich with Vegan Cheese Slices with Tomato & Basil

PREP TIME: 5 minutes




6 Violife slices with tomato & basil or use the Vegan Cheese Original Flavour Slices or any other of the Violife cheese slices

3 slices of your favourite gluten-free sandwich bread

1 ripe avocado (peeled and squashed)

Fresh tomato cut in halves and if you have any fresh basil

Salt & Pepper




  1. Lightly toast the bread and then apply the crushed avocado.
  2. On one slice of the bread place 3 slices of the vegan cheese and the sliced tomatoes and basil.
  3. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with a slice of toast and repeat.
  5. Top with the last slice of toast and cut in four.


Tip: Try grilled an aubergine or try making it in a toasted sandwich machine!
